Apple with Crumb Topping

Ingredients

  • 6-7 cups sliced apples

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  • Toss together apples, cinnamon and 1 cup sugar.
  • In a separate bowl. Cream together butter and remaining sugar. Cut in flour.
  • Pour apple mixture in a well battered baking dish or individual custard cups. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes.
