1 1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup margarine
2 squares of chocolate (melted and cooled)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour milk (2 tablespoons + 1 cup milk)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream margarine until soft and fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until light.
- Beat in egg yolks.
- Blend in melted chocolate
- Mix in flour and baking soda alternating with sour milk.
- Empty mixture into an 8 in square pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
