Baked Clam Dip


  • 1 stick of margarine

  • 1 tsp of oregano

  • 1 tsp of parsley

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, minced

  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

  • 2 cans of minced clams


  • In a saucepan, combine margarine, oregano, parsley, garlic and onion. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Add bread crumbs, lemon juice and both cans of clams, but only the juice from one can!
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: You can prepare this a day in advance, but do not bake until you are going to eat it.
