Braciole

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • Salt & pepper

  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons parsley

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • Braciole meat

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Spread mixture on braciole meat.
  • Roll and tie meat
  • Brown on all sides, and put into gravy to cook.

Note: Should taste garlicky
