Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Fruit jelly of your choice

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Cream the cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar.
  • Add 5 eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
  • Pour mixture into mini cupcake pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
  • Mix sour cream, and remaining sugar and vanilla.
  • Add mixture to top of cupcake pan.
  • Small dollop of jelly in the middle of each cupcake.
  • Bake 5 minutes.
  • Refrigerate
