Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 8 oz. sour cream

  • 15 oz. jar of salsa

  • 1/2 head lettuce, chopped

  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 can medium black olives, chopped

  • 1 bag shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 4 scallions, cut and diced

Directions

  • Mix cream cheese and sour cream, place at bottom of the plate.
  • Layer the salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cheese
  • Garnish with scallions

Note: Need a plate with a lip
