Pancake Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  • Stir together dry ingredients in one bowl, and whisk together the wet ingredients in another.
  • Add liquid to dry mixture and whisk. Batter should be lumpy

Note: Makes 10-12 pancakes.
