Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 16 slices of bacon – fried and drained

  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 – 9in pie shell

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Crumble back in bottom of pie shell. Add cheese.
  • Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bacon and cheese.
  • Bake for 1/2 hour
  • Can sprinkle nutmeg on top before baking
